The weight at the end of the cage gives great stability, it launches easily and is very precise, thanks to its aerodynamic shape.

Loading is very easy and quick. Place one finger behind the weight and use another to push the groundbait into the open end of the cage.

The cage quickly releases the bait thanks to the wide mesh. When winding in the weight is positioned backwards creating minimal resistance in water.

Available in a wide range of weights from 30 grams to 70 grams, this is an essential feeder for stillwater fishing at range.

When targeting large fish, such as tench and bream, it is particularly effective, thanks to its dark colour, which blends in well with the bottom.

I use a simple rig without a paternoster boom, fishing the feeder straight on the line to minimise tangles.

I block my cage between float stops, the leader is between 50 and 80 cm depending on the mood of the fish.

Try using a combination of one bag of Champion’s Feeder Formula Fish and one bag of Champion’s Feeder Big Bream when fishing for big fish, such as bream and tench.

When targeting large fish, such as tench and bream, it is particularly effective thanks to its dark colour, which makes it very discreet on the bottom.

I use a simple rig with the feeder straight on the main line and hold it in position with float stops.
