To do so, please contact your Browning Fishing dealer where you purchased the product immediately. The qualified dealer knows best how to help you most quickly. He will carry out minor repairs on site and you can continue fishing without any detours. Otherwise, he will send us the affected unit by the fastest route and ensure that your repair request is processed. In the event of a possible complaint, please remember to present the proof of purchase to your dealer so that a possible warranty claim can be checked.

Spare parts can also be ordered from your specialist dealer. Precise information helps the dealer and us to quickly allocate and process your request:

• Name of the rod with length information.
• Ideally the article number (printed on the hand piece).
• Desired part number counted from the top (part 1 is the tip of the rod)
• The order number of the spare part is often already printed below.

• Name of the reel with size indication.
• Ideally the article number (printed on the bottom of the roll carton).
• Desired part according to exploded view. You will find the most common roller drawings on our website.
• Marking the required parts on a copy of the exploded drawing shortens the processing time.
