The responsible person does not assume any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the responsible person, which refer to damages of material or idealistic kind, which were caused by the use or non-use of the presented information and/or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are in principle impossible, if on the part of the responsible person no as can be prove deliberate or roughly negligent being to blame for is present.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author without separate announcement.
2. references and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites („hyperlinks“), which are outside the area of responsibility of the person responsible, a liability obligation would only come into force if the person responsible has knowledge of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent the use in the case of illegal contents.
The responsible person hereby expressly declares that at the time of setting the link, no illegal content was identifiable on the linked pages. The responsible person has no influence on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. Therefore, he hereby expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked/connected pages that were changed after the link was set.
This statement applies to all links and references set within the own Internet offer as well as to external entries in guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other forms of databases set up by the responsible person, to whose content external write access is possible. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information, the provider of the page to which reference is made shall be solely liable, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred from. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.

The person responsible endeavours to observe the copyrights of the images, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use images, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to use licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.
All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the Internet offer and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not imply that it is not protected by third party rights!
The copyright for published objects created by the responsible person himself remains solely with the person responsible for the pages. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author’s agreement.
4. data protection
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily in order to provide the user with the offered information, goods or services. These data are processed and stored exclusively for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), i.e. the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with the user or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures which are carried out at the request of the user. If in certain cases the user has expressly consented to a use of his data beyond this (e.g. regular sending of a newsletter), he may revoke his consent at any time by post or e-mail to the address given above. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.
The data will be stored as long as necessary for the execution of the services and as prescribed by law.
The use and payment of all services offered is – as far as legally and technically possible and reasonable – also permitted without providing such data or by providing anonymous data or a pseudonym.
The user has the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transferability as stipulated in Art. 13 to 20 DSGVO. For this purpose, the user can contact the following address: [email protected]

These cookies can be set via our website by our advertising partners. They may be used by these companies to create a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other websites. They work by uniquely identifying your browser and device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will not experience our targeted advertising on other websites.

Facebook social plugins
Our online offer uses social plugins („Plugins“) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland („Facebook“). The Plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white „f“ on blue tile, the words „Like“, „Like“ or a „thumbs up“ sign) or are marked with the addition „Facebook Social Plugin“. The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When a user calls up a function of this online offer that contains such a plugin, his device establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the user’s device and integrated into the online offering by the user. User profiles can be created from the processed data. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform the users according to our state of knowledge.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his or her Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example, by pressing the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your device to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out his or her IP address and store it. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and setting options for protecting the privacy of users, can be found in the Facebook data protection information: https:///about/privacy/.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him/her via this online offer and link it with his/her membership data stored on Facebook, he/she must log out of Facebook before using our online offer and delete his/her cookies. Further settings and objections to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https:///settings?tab=ads or via the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/oder the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they are adopted for all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.
Facebook remarketing
Within our online offer, so-called „Facebook pixels“ of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are resident in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland („Facebook“), are used. With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors of our offer as a target group for the presentation of ads, so-called „Facebook ads“. Accordingly, we use the Facebook Pixel in order to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our Internet offering. This means that with the help of the Facebook pixel, we want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not appear annoying. The Facebook pixel also allows us to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users are redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad.
The Facebook pixel is directly integrated by Facebook when you call up our websites and can save a so-called cookie, i.e. a small file, on your device. If you then log in to Facebook or visit Facebook while logged in, the visit to our offer will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous to us, so we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible. The processing of the data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook’s data usage guidelines. Accordingly, you can find more information on how the remarketing pixel works and generally on the display of Facebook ads in the Facebook Data Usage Policy: https:///policy.php.
You may object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and use of your data to display Facebook ads. To do so, you can go to the Facebook-facilitated page and follow the instructions on the usage-based advertising settings: https:///settings?tab=ads or declare your objection via the US page http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU page http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. The settings are platform-independent, meaning that they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.
